What happens after I send the form?
- We read your message, along with any result or photos you attached in a follow-up email.
- We reply by email. Depending on your situation that reply proposes a long-term test, reviews a result you already have, or offers a time for an on-site assessment.
- For mitigation, the assessment looks at the foundation and the possible pipe routes and ends with a written quote.
- You decide. If you go ahead, the date is confirmed in writing.
- After an installation, a follow-up test measures the result.
Which service should I choose in the form?
- Never tested, or tested long ago: Long-Term Radon Test.
- Selling soon, or just moved into a home you bought: Real Estate Radon Test.
- A long-term result above 200 Bq/m³: Radon Mitigation System, or Sump Pit, Crawl Space or Rough-In Activation if you know that applies.
- An existing system that is noisy, has lost suction or came with the house: Fan Replacement / System Repair.
- A system was installed and needs confirming: Post-Mitigation Test.
- Several units, such as a rental portfolio or a condo building: Commercial / Multi-Unit.
- Not sure: choose Other and describe the situation. We will sort it out.

What information makes the first reply useful?
The same things an installer would ask on the phone: where the home is, what the last radon result was and how it was measured, what kind of foundation it has, whether the basement is finished and whether there is a sump pit or a capped radon pipe. One or two sentences are enough. The contact page has a checklist.
