How can I contact you?

We work by email and through the form, and we do not publish a phone number. Written messages let us look at your test report or photos before answering, and they leave you with the answer in writing.

What should I include in my message?

• The city or community the home is in.
• Your latest radon result, with its unit (Bq/m³ or pCi/L), the length of the test and the room it was in.
• The foundation: basement, crawl space, slab-on-grade or a mix, and whether there is a sump pit.
• Whether the basement is finished, and roughly when the house was built.
• Any date that matters to you, such as a listing or possession date.

Photos of the basement floor, the utility room and any capped pipe near the furnace help more than a description. If you are ready to book, the request page explains what happens after you send the form.

Which areas do you cover?

Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere. Details are on our service areas page. If your home is outside those places, tell us where it is and we will say plainly whether we can come.
